Creator Terms

1. Creator capability
These Creator Terms apply when you apply for or use the verified Creator capability on ITZCULTURE. Creator approval is separate from shopping, selling, and wholesale access. You must provide accurate profile, portfolio, service, and payout information and may offer only services permitted by platform policy.
2. Services and pricing
You control the seller facing price of services you publish. Project scope, deliverables, revisions, usage rights, timing, and other material terms must be recorded through the applicable ITZCULTURE project workflow before work begins.
3. Platform fee
The current creator platform fee is 10% of the creator service amount unless an explicit approved commercial agreement states otherwise. Payment processing or other disclosed provider charges may be separate.
4. Protected project workflow
Do not begin commissioned work until the platform shows the project is funded or otherwise ready to start. Deliver work through the recorded project workflow so version history, seller review, revisions, acceptance, disputes, refunds, and payout eligibility can be evaluated against the agreed scope.
5. Rights and permissions
You must own or have permission to use the content, music, trademarks, likenesses, locations, and other material included in your work. Usage rights granted to a seller are limited to the terms recorded for that project. You may not promise rights you do not control.
6. Payouts, refunds, and disputes
Payouts require an eligible payout account and completion of applicable identity or business verification. A project amount may remain pending during review, refund, dispute, fraud, safety, or compliance activity. The platform records the applicable project and financial status in the Creator workspace.
7. Professional conduct
Creators may not misrepresent portfolio work, identity, audience information, deliverables, rights, or completion evidence. Harassment, prohibited content, off platform fee evasion, fraud, or material project misconduct may lead to project remedies or restriction of Creator access.
8. Updates and records
The version you accept is recorded by ITZCULTURE. Material updates may require notice or renewed acceptance. Current platform policies that apply to your activity remain part of the rules for using the Creator capability.
